Our Cover model, is Celebrity Hair Guru “Derek J”, who originally hails from Toledo, Ohio is a name synonymous with hair styling, hair shows, and “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” continues to do big things in the industry.
Renound for his work with a long client list of celebrities past and present including Niki Minaj, Natalie Cole, Envogue, Angie Stone, actress Terri Vaughn, actress Nika Sumpter, Nicole Ari Parker, and the list goes on. Derek Johnson, better known as “Derek J” has a really interesting story to tell about episodes in his life that made him who he is today.
If you are a true Derek J fan you know about the heels! Derek is extremely well known for wearing heels since the year 2007 to the point that he personally barely owns a pair of men’s shoes. Derek believes the heels not only add height to his frame, they add to posture, walk and look. His fans absolutely love it.
