Jason Johnson, Founding partner, President

At the young age of 15, Jason entered the aviation industry fueling  airplanes and working line service. He graduated from Dowling College  with a B.S. in Aeronautics and is a commercial pilot. He is an Alumni of Alpha Eta Rho (an international professional aviation fraternity) and  the Dowling Precision Flight Team. After graduation, he began training  with TWA to fly the Boeing 727 and 747. Although it was an amazing  experience for Jason it was not what his heart was set on. There was  always a lingering thought about running and owning an airline. After a  few years in a London-based private jet firm, Jason was determined to  make a difference in the world of private air travel. With the help of a long time friend, Exclusive Charter Service was born. It was not a  coincidence that the location chosen for the office was the same airport that Jason did his first solo flight. Elle Varner, who noticeably shares her name with the popular fashion magazine, has stand out style.  However, it is not just the singer’s soulful vocal style that has made people turn and look.  In an interview on the campaign trail Mrs. Obama noted that, “Perfectly Imperfect” is on her daughter’s playlist but it gets better.

It is also Ms. Varner’s fashion style, from the “get go”, that is simply amazing.  One look at her first video, “Only want to give it to you” and one has to admit Varner is seemingly fearless and high wattage. The stylista admits it didn’t just start with her.  She describes her grandmothers as ladies who were fashionable from head to toe. “These ladies traveled to Paris and Vienna.”

In addition to completing her album, working on a clothing and accessories line, Varner recently started a movement called Hug Life.  In a recent interview she declares, “Every thug just needs a hug. If I could promote being positive and non-violent that would be crazy.” No matter how her style develops Varner has a lot of substance to go the distance.

Q- How would you describe your personal style? What do you think sets you apart?

A-    I think what sets it apart is that it’s very unpredictable.  I can’t put myself in one box.

Q- How do you think your style developed- in school, at parties, were you in any pageants?

A-    My style started to develop in high school. I loved the attention even if people didn’t like what I was wearing. I loved that I stood out from everybody else.  Working as a professional artist has given me a segue into the real high fashion world and I find a way to mix and match those worlds together- My everyday girl with high fashion.

Q- Do you have any favorite trends right now?

A- I said earlier today, you can wear sneakers; you can wear flats, now there are wedge  sneakers.  There is all kind of ways to be comfortable and chic at the same time.

Q- Do you have any favorite high fashion designers?

A-     Diane Von Furstenberg- I love her story. She was one of the first designers in the meatpacking district. Now it’s an incredible place. I love the way she uses prints. There is a lot of fun in her clothes. Patricia Fields and Betsey Johnson are also two of my favorites for that reason.

Q- Do you have any style icons?

A-     Diana Ross is a big one.  She just has a regal- she can wear a tank top and it could be incredible. Part of that is her and how she exuthes confidence and “amazingness”. I grew up around a lot of older people and that what influences my love of old school style.

“I like classic beauty,” Varner says. She gazes up and strikes a pose.  Fierce fashion mixed with classic beauty is an interesting combination. Yes, Elle Varner definitely has range. Her single, “I don’t care” from “Perfectly Imperfect” was recently featured on 106^th and Park.

Alison: Hi, Willie. So for the people who aren’t familiar with you and your career. This is nothing new to you. You were in a group called Kwiet Storm, before autioning for season 4 of making the band,….

Willie: Yes, Kwiet Storm started at my high school. We would win all the talent shows and all that. Later we had our first single “Leave me Alone”. It was featured on BET’s midnight love, Citas World, Hit’s From the Street. Etc.

Alison: And you also write?

Willie: I take part in everything I do. I write my own music and if somebody brings something to me, I take part in that also. I have something to do with everything I put out.

Alison: I had a chance to listen to your new single “Instagram Your Body”, I think it could be a huge banger this summer, can you tell me about this track?

Willie: I’m just working on my mixtape and album. When I’m done doing my part I’ll just listen and see who I feel the song would call for.

Alison: What artists would you like to, or do you like working with?

Willie: I’m feelin’ Fab, Drake, Big Sean, Wale, just to name a few. I really feel like they’re doing a lot in the game right now.

Alison: Im sure people are dying to know when can we expect this mixtape to drop?

Willie: Not really sure yet. We are aiming for the end of August, so I will definatley have a date for you soon.

Alison: With so much experience, if you could describe the type of artist you are in 3 words, what would they be?

Willie: Unique. Sexual. Mature.

Alison: I like that, can your fans expect to see Willie Taylor in any other upcoming projects?

Willie: Yeah I just did Prodigys album, I’m in a play…I’m really doing a lot of things…Jeremih’s new mixtape at the end of the month…My first single after will drop soon after that. So yes, I’m very busy right now.

Alison: Maybe film?

Willie: I’m actually reading a couple scripts right now for a couple upcoming movies.

Alison: That’s exciting. What actors would you like to work with?

Willie: Really anybody because its so new to me. I admire actors like Will Smith Denzel Washington, and Samuel L. Jackson.

Alison: Your looking pretty good these days, have u ever considered modeling??

Willie: I do a little modeling. I’m in a 2013 calendar where they have me dressed as different things like a boxer, construction worker, CEO of a company, just different styles of sexy for the ladies… `

Alison: Can’t wait. How would u describe your style?

Willie: More urban European…not baggy, more fitted but not skin tight. An urban street feel with a European edge.

Alison: Your so busy, what do u do in your free time?

Willie: I don’t have any free time, I’m always trying to be ready. If I’m not doing the family thing I really like going to Six Flags. For the most part though, I’m always working out, always in the studio. I’m a 24 hour grinder.

Alison: If you weren’t in this industry, what would be doing right now?

Willie: I’m really big on Graphic Designs. Making logos, websites, I like that sort of thing. If I wasn’t in the industry, I would definatley be in that field.
